Tomorrow, we come together to celebrate Early Childhood Educators’ Day 2025—a day to shine a spotlight on the incredible people who dedicate their energy, patience, and love to shaping our future generations.

At Mother Duck, our Centres are owned and operated by Franchisees who are also early childhood educators. They understand first-hand the hard work, dedication, and heart that goes into this role every single day. They know the long hours, the careful planning, and the constant balancing act that is all done with one goal in mind: the very best outcomes for children.

This year’s theme asks a powerful question: “How are you going to say thank you?”

Tomorrow, we invite our families and communities to take a moment to express gratitude. It doesn’t have to be grand—sometimes it’s the simple gestures that mean the most: a warm thank you at drop-off, a note of appreciation, or even a picture drawn by a child. These moments remind our educators that their efforts are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
